The Keystone Resort ski area occupies 3 separate mountains, the resort has several summer and winter outdoor activities, winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, cross-country skiing, dog sleigh, and snowmobiling. The summer activities include hiking, biking, fishing, golf and trail running.Keystone is also the home of the Keystone Resort, originally constructed in the 1970s by the Ralston Purina Company, it is now owned by Vail Resorts. The Keystone Lakeside Village is one of the nicest places to stay year-round. During the summer months, the Keystone Lakeside Village is home to the Taste of Keystone food festival and the lake is open to paddle boats, canoeing and more fun activities for the whole family. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, Keystone Lake is a big draw for everyone.
